A tense situation erupted in front of the Center for Society and Religion in Maradana when a group of activists including Buddhist monks protested a meeting organized by the family collective of missing persons this afternoon.
The meeting has been organized to discuss how the human rights activists should be testified before the International Human Rights investigation on alleged war crimes to be held in the future.
President of the family collective of missing persons Brito Fernando stated that the meeting was held to educate the human rights activists especially on incidents of missing persons.
